If you have an agency, the worst thing that you can offer is “pay per performance” services.
The whole idea of “Don’t Pay Until I Get You Results” can make you broke really really fast.

Because this assumes that the agency is 100% responsible for the results…
… and this can not be further from the truth.
Because at best your Facebook ads, your funnel, etc. contribute to like 50%.
And the rest depends on the client, on his product and his offer.
The other thing is that pay per performance services tend to attract the worst possible clients.
The ones that have bad product, that don’t have good funnels, that never really sell anything but have super unrealistic expectations.
And even if you do your best as a marketer for those people, this might not work for them because the rest of their business is not working.
So what’s going to happen is you’re going to waste your money on ads to get clients, then you’re going to work for free for shitty clients and you will not be paid because their products suck.
A much better approach is to use a strategy that allows you to attract great clients to work with.
These clients know that results come from team effort.
And getting these type of clients results is actually much easier. Because they do their part – they have amazing products and are successful selling them.
And let me tell you something about these clients.
They will be happy to pay you upfront. Because they know results require hard work. And hard work is not free.
And it is way easier to get results for clients when you’re already getting paid.
Because you don’t have to worry about money anymore.
