Four tips that will improve your productivity
1. Plan your work
If you find yourself waking up in the morning not knowing what you are doing for the day, it is because you have not written down your goals on paper.
Each night before going to bed, you need to write down a list of the main important tasks that must be done the following day, order each task by the level of importance, do not focus on the little tasks when you have a big task that needs to be done first.
A simple rule to follow is if it can be delegated to someone else then you need not to do it.
2. Focus on one task
Gary Keller wrote a book called ‘The One Thing’, we all have that one thing that needs to be done before all else, that one thing will be something that is in the back our minds 24/7, that one thing when done right all the other things will resolve themselves. It is your job to find that most important task and focus all your energy and effort to ensure its successful completion.
If you can’t do it yourself, get someone else to do it! Save your self the time and stress, we all have strengths and weaknesses, some people are good at developing code and some people are better writers, your strength should be your number one focus, delegate your weaknesses to people that specialize in that area.
It is better to build on Strength then to waste time on building weaknesses.

4. Say no to social media
When used the right way social media can be a benefit! The right way is to use social media to build brands and promote businesses, all the other uses for social media are time wasting and don’t serve any useful purpose, getting connected with friends and family should not be an excuse to watch an hours’ worth of nonsense.
Focus on the main important task and delegate those that can be done by someone else.
